If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at admin@Kriyujistore.com in with your order number and couple of pictures of defected or wrong product within 10 Days of delivery.
We will try and replace the product as soon as possible early If that product replacement is not possible as per mentioned above condition in that case we will return that much amount.
Our Textile Export each product quality is checked, verified and then shipped to us .before shipping we also check and package but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full amount.
In case of Product replacement, you have to send back the parcel with return packing slip within 10 Days. (For that parcel, courier charges will be paid by customer)
We add almost 100+ designs weekly so we are sure that you will be able to find a suitable item from our ever increasing collection.
